MAINTENANCE OF VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS
We take over maintenance or service of electronic security systems, video cameras, video systems out of warranty, regardless of who installed them. We offer post-warranty for video systems and video cameras installed by us. WE DRAW UP MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS After carrying out some preliminary evaluation activities of the TVCI subsystem. An evaluation of the video surveillance system will be carried out. They will determine if there are defects. The service price is fixed depending on the number of video cameras and the type of video system. Once the price is established, it will be paid after the conclusion of the service contract. The amount is paid only once a year. Following this contract, we will carry out the following activities: -Verification of video camera connections; - DVR or NVR and HDD check: - Video camera lens cleaning; -Verification of recording mode at video camera level; - Cable check All these activities are done once a year or twice a year, depending on the beneficiary's activity. Thus, the entities that are obliged by law to prepare the risk assessment and the design for the installation that are of particular importance (according to the law), banks, hospitals, educational institutions, etc. are obliged to carry out these revisions twice a year. In the rest of the situations only once a year.

Această acreditare presupune faptul că firma SMART FUTURE SECURITY din Braşov beneficiază de facilităţi din domeniul asistenţei tehnice cu titlu prioritar de la producător, susţinere tehnică din partea distribuitorilor autorizaţi din ţară şi nu în ultimul rând, preţ preferenţial. Firma, pentru a-şi menţine aceste acreditări trebuie să participe anual la sesiuni tehnice de specializare susţinute de către reprzentanţii acestor producători. Un mare avantaj pe care îl avem este faptul că putem înlocui orice produs din gama de mai sus în timpul cel mai scurt,chiar şi pentru probe pentru clienţi.
